Your duplicate payments will be handled based on how you paid, when you paid and what payment method(s) you used to submit the payments.
To be considered a duplicate payment, you must have made:
- two or more payments
- on the same insurance policy, payment plan or billing account
- for the same dollar amount
- on the same business day
If multiple payments were made using the same bank account and submitted within 15 minutes of each other, we will only process one payment.
If only one credit card was used and the payments were submitted on the same calendar day, you will be contacted by email and given instructions on how to receive a refund if the duplicate payment was not intended.
If different bank accounts or credit cards were used for each payment, all payments will be processed.
